Diabetes UK Community Groups are support groups, facilitated by a Community Group Lead Volunteer. They are less formal than our Local Groups, but provide a network of support in the local community for people living with diabetes and their families.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting people with diabetes and can drive the creation of a new community. We will be able to provide ongoing support as your community grows, including resources around campaigning and fundraising, where needed.
