Local Group Committee Member (Scunthorpe)

Adjusting to the knowledge that you or a family member has diabetes takes time and it's often helpful to meet other people who have been through a similar situation. Our network of local groups can offer understanding, help and support at an important time. They are based in the community and are run by a committee of dedicated volunteers, each having different skills and experience.

Committee members are essential to helping the group run smoothly, from supporting group meetings to helping advertise the group in the local area. There is something for everyone to get involved.

The Scunthorpe Group are looking for committee members to support the running of their active support group including someone who can help co-ordinate events in and around Scunthorpe.
